Short, sweet and strait to the point!
Donald Trump today misspelled the word ‘unprecedented’ as ‘unpresidented’ in a tweet on China.
Trump swiftly deleted the tweet and replaced it with one using the correct spelling. But the Twitter account for the Merriam-Webster dictionary, the standard-bearer for English-language words, had already poked fun at Trump’s grammar mistake.
“Good morning! The #WordOfTheDayis…not ‘unpresidented’. We don’t enter that word. That’s a new one,” the company tweeted.
The word ‘unpresidented’ was waiting to be born and it just had to be the next president of the USA who actually invented it, so Let’s Make America Great Again! Sign the petition in order to add the word ‘unpresidented’ to the dictionary.
