⭕ Blogs I Follow ⭕

WordPress has a strong worldwide community that is constantly growing and evolving. I’m an avid reader of blogs. I have dozens in my WordPress Reader and I take the opportunity to read, especially on my laptop or my iPod, whenever I have a few moments to spare.

For me English isn’t my native language and I strive to write my posts properly. I spend way too much time than I should improving various parts of my posts just to make sure that they are … what’s the word … readable. It’s a very hard way but enjoyable way to become a better writer. And what better way to keep your English up to date than reading WordPress blogs written by native speakers? Spend even a short time reading through blogs and you’ll quickly realize that your English is improving, it’s just another opportunity to improve your English.

“If you only read the books that everyone else is reading, you can only think what everyone else is thinking.” ―Haruki Murakami―

Since Your aim is to be able to produce correct English; practice is undeniably the best way to learn and improve. Here are some of blogs that I follow:

“Life is pain, highness. Anyone who says differently is selling something.” – William Goldman I’m not a big fan of “positive thinking.” Yes, it’s important that we love ourselves, that we try to see all that is good and worthy of gratitude in us and others.

New Heaven on Earth!

Careful! We are to be care free! When you give every care to God you can be care-less! To the ego or human mind, being careless is a bad thing. To the person sold out to God our Father, body yielded to the Holy Spirit, soul yoked to Christ Jesus and our human spirit in right relationship with God’s Spirit, being care-less is the ultimate freedom!

From a wish to the wings of a breath, to candle’s flicker and flame’s sudden death, travelling smoke trails transcending as it dissipates into the ether in good faith; and the wisher filled with hope, waits

The Scorpion and the Frog

Wayne felt slightly off when he woke up and even more so when he realized he wasn’t in his own bed. At 73, he couldn’t remember the last time this happened. The bed had red sheets with tiny black hearts.

Organizing Chaos And Other Misadventures

(this is my indie friends book shelf) Ways you can help support your favorite authors without washing your hair or wearing pants: 1. If you read their books, leave a review. I know, I know. You keep hearing this. But it is truly such an important thing.

The Muslim Next Door

My goal is to present the familiarity of Islam to my fellow Americans, but some instances require highlighting differences. In Islam, we are taught to think and to research. We are told to make our decisions based on careful consideration, and to always seek the best path in all matters.

Life of Kylie

I’ve always been a little bit shady. That’s why you’d be likely to find me on the dark side of the street, shrinking away from daylight, my face obscured by a broad-brimmed hat. On the rarest of days, if you managed to see a flash of my exposed skin, bare to the elements, you might wonder, “Vampire?”

The Phil Factor Because the National Football League has yet to issue a cease and desist order to me and because it’s funny I’m re-posting this classic that I wrote last year. Enjoy and Happy Friday!
