One-liner Wednesday: Rain. “I feel the rain in my brain and the best I can do is to let it rain letters, words and drops of ink and rain.”
#1linerWeds LINDA G. HILL
If only you could hear those drops of rain,
Then you would certainly know my brain,
And know how beautiful is the rain!
I swear by leaf, wind and rain
I can hear the rain in my brain.
Can you hear those drops of rain through your voice using your brain?!
I’m just not the same since there’s rain in my brain,
The rain slowly dripped in my head
And all that I hear as I write
Is the typing sound of my keyboard
Pouring letter after letter
Word after word
Letting the rain in my brain
To pour love into the lines
On your lips let it pass,
Let it live longer in the hearts
Let the rain fall slowly to form
A readable sentence
Make it either funny or inspirational
As suggested by LINDA G. HILL One Liner Wednesday, rain or shine
Pour your thoughts out onto the page
Pour out all your deeper thoughts
Pour words of hope into the hearts
Let your keyboard carve softly all the lovely things
Your words will last forever as it flows across the lines
I still can hear the quiet rain yet not fallen
But that is just a thought of mine
How beautiful was my rain?
